Stefan Lohmann as speaker at the ILMC conference in London
Artist Relations Manager Stefan Lohmann, founder of Sustainable Event Solutions speaks at ILMC in London on the topic of sustainability and event locations.
The topic of sustainability, which at the latest became known through the Fridays for future movement, has not passed event locations and concert organizers by. Therefore, a panel discussion has been scheduled for March 5th at the ILMC (International Live Music Conference), the most important European conference for live music.
Besides the host Steve Sayer, Vice President and General Manager of the O2 Arena in London, top-class guests such as Sara Lamik, Tauron Arena Krakow, Marie Lindquist, CEO of Stockholm Live, Coralie Bemale, venue manager of the forest national arena in Brussels as well as Stefan Lohmann, founder of Sustainable Event Solutions, Talent Buyer and Artist Relations Manager, are invited.
They will discuss the positive and negative effects that venues can have on the environment and society. It will deal with sustainability issues, both the UN goals for sustainable development and the impact on local society.

Sustainability in Live Entertainment
As the founder of Sustainable Event Solutions and as a live entertainment expert with over 20 years of experience in the industry, Stefan Lohmann talks about his experiences with the conception and implementation of live entertainment, taking into account sustainability and environmental aspects.
The specialist for live entertainment concepts in locations of any size including light-theatre shows, festivals and opera shows with immersive visuals will provide an important contribution to the discussion during the panel. Due to its recent publication of the Sustainable Rider and the accompanying checklist, it offers event organisers, agencies and other players a basis for implementing their events in a sustainable and climate-neutral manner.
His goal: sustainable events with a positive impact become the standard in the industry! These events not only have a positive effect on the environment, but also on society. With its many "best practice" examples, such as the German Sustainability Award or the Global Citizen Festival in Hamburg, but also due to its activities in artist booking and thus its proximity to international stars, it provides valuable input for debates and discussions. With the other guests from Belgium, Poland and Sweden, the panel promises an exciting and international exchange of experts.
The panel on the topic "Impact of venues on the environment and society" will take place on 5 March from 14.15 to 15.30 at Baglioni Hotel, London.
