Sanitrax mobile vacuum toilet, sink, urinal and shower modules are designed to improve the user experience, reduce transportation costs and provide a modular, sustainable solution for all mobile restroom needs.
All modules are designed on a collapsible, galvanized steel frame for efficient transport, set-up and take-down. Sanitrax modules take up less space (44%) than traditional plastic and chemical toilets and typical "toilet trailers".
Each module has its own sanitary composition and technical specifications specifically designed for each market segment in which Sanitrax operates (industry, humanitarian aid, events, military).
The heart of the Sanitrax system is the vacuum pump system. All modules are connected via hoses to the central tech pump module, which can be placed away from the toilets and ancillary modules. After all waste is vacuumed to the central tech module, the pump shreds all waste and then pumps it to a sewer or holding tank that can be located up to 200 feet away. This creates an atmosphere of comfort and safety, as there is never a large, smelly service truck in front of the modules.
When folded, up to 26 modules (example 78 toilets) fit per truck (see photo below). This is a huge improvement (66%) over a typical "toilet trailer" or "plastic chemical toilet" which would have far fewer facilities per load. Once unloaded, each module takes only one minute to set up into its presentable configuration. The unique, sustainable solution has been developed and proven worldwide to meet the restroom needs of large crowds.
