Where possible, we use our e-vehicles, which are charged with green electricity.
Catering:
Here we work with regional caterers and use local products, such as food and drinks. We also attach great importance to organic certification, which we prefer to choose and offer. We use reusable tableware and avoid waste products.
Venues:
Here we provide the appropriate location according to the needs of our customers. Short logistics routes, good connections also by public transport or shuttle buses, so that participants do not need to travel individually with their own cars.
Sustainable purchasing:
With every purchase we make, we consider the ethical and environmental consequences. We focus on recycled materials and effective use of products. For example, admission ribbons can be made from hemp, and trade show carpets can now be completely recycled. For the customer, this is only minimally noticeable in the price.
Office:
Our office is completely powered by green electricity. Our own servers, on which we host customer websites and projects, are also powered by 100% green electricity. We are now almost completely digital and only in exceptional cases do we need the printer in the office. If so, we print here on recycled eco-paper.
Warehouse
Our technical & material warehouse is also operated with green electricity and thanks to digital processes we can work here without printed packing lists.
