Seminar location and event venue for up to 140 people
The Neue Mälzerei combines historical design and architecture with modern conference technology, making it an extraordinary event location. A total of 800 m² of event space is ideal for small events such as seminars, workshops, Christmas parties or dinner events.
The location has a large hall, two domed halls and three seminar rooms. If desired, the event rooms can be flexibly adapted and designed with partition walls. In this way, the event location adapts to your wishes and ideas. In addition, larger conferences and congresses can be held by combining the venue with the Umweltforum.
The Neue Mälzerei is located in the centre of Berlin, not far from Alexanderplatz and in the immediate vicinity of the Umweltforum.
The Neue Mälzerei is also sustainable, as the location runs on green electricity, is equipped with modern conference technology and regional sustainable catering is offered. We offer you the option of obtaining event catering directly on site from the malt kitchen.
BESONDEREN ORTE is a full-service provider and offers you everything from a single source: location, equipment, technology, catering, branding, etc. If you wish, we can also organise your event as a hybrid, with an appropriate protection and hygiene concept, seating at a distance, hygienically packaged catering and live stream. But we are also happy to support you in planning and implementing a completely digital event.

Our venues are powered exclusively by green electricity, and our catering uses products from regional cultivation, some of which are certified organic and fairly traded.
