d&b J-Series CPO - the first sustainable speaker system. Our planet's resources are scarce. Extending the life of our loudspeaker systems is a small but powerful way to deliver world-class sound while helping to protect the environment.
Through our CPO programme, as a pioneer in the entertainment industry, we now deliver products that take into account the United Nations' 17 Sustainable Development Goals, the European Green Deal and the German government's Resource Efficiency Programme.
What does "remanufacturing" stand for?
Alongside recycling, remanufacturing is an element of the circular economy.
Remanufacturing describes the reprocessing of used products so that they regain their original performance along with a guarantee. The quality of these products is then as good as new. Old products are thus turned into new products.
What exactly is a certified used system?
Certified used systems from d&b deliver internationally recognised premium sound quality with a drastically reduced carbon footprint and a reduction in raw material consumption thanks to the remanufacturing process.
Prior to a change of ownership, d&b's technicians carefully disassemble, inspect and certify the speakers to meet the original factory standards. A certified pre-owned system includes a new amplifier and electronics and offers all the benefits of brand new systems in terms of accessories, service, financing and support. A two-year warranty on remanufactured parts provides additional peace of mind.
